redeeming your web purchase on the app
If you bought neurolist on the web (at signup.neurolist.app) and you don't see Pro features in the app yet, you need to
redeem the purchase on your phone. Here's how.
What you'll get after checkout
Right after you complete checkout on the web, you'll receive an email with a redemption link. The link signs you into
the app and activates your subscription. This is the only way the app knows the web purchase belongs to your account.
Redeeming
1. Install neurolist from the App Store or Play Store on your phone (if you haven't already).
2. Open the email you received after checkout.
3. Tap the redemption link from your phone.
4. The link opens neurolist on an Activate your subscription screen. You'll see two options: sign in with Google or
Apple, or tap the back arrow to skip sign-in. Either way, your subscription activates.
That's it — Pro features should now be unlocked.
Should I sign in?
Signing in is optional but recommended. If you sign in (with Google or Apple), your subscription is tied to that account
— and you can restore it on any other device by signing in there. If you skip sign-in, your subscription activates only
on this device; you'd need the redemption link again to use it elsewhere.
I didn't get the email
Check spam. The sender will reference your purchase confirmation. If it's not there:
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout was correct.
- Email me at [email protected] with the email you used and the rough purchase date, and I'll resend manually.
I tapped the link on my desktop, not my phone
Forward the email to yourself and open it on your phone instead. The link only works inside the neurolist app, which
lives on your phone.
I already redeemed but Pro features still aren't showing
- Force-quit and re-open neurolist.
- Sign out and back in with the same account.
- If it still doesn't work, email me with the email you used at checkout and I'll fix it on my end.
