Apple and Google handle all in-app subscriptions. neurolist itself can't cancel them — you do that from your App Store or Play Store account. Web purchases (made on signup.neurolist.app) go through Stripe and are handled separately.
You bought on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app on your phone (not neurolist).
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap neurolist.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
You bought on Android
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap neurolist.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Same deal — you keep Pro until the current period ends.
You bought on the web (signup.neurolist.app)
Go directly to https://neurolist.superwall.app/manage — that's the subscription management page for web purchases. From there you can cancel any time.
You can also reach the same page from inside the app: settings → manage subscription.

I cancelled but I'm still being billed
- Check that you cancelled the right account. A different Apple ID or Google account is the usual culprit.
