neurolist is a to-do app built around a simple idea: the reason hard tasks don't get started isn't laziness — it's that your brain reads "clean the kitchen" as too big to begin. neurolist's job is to shrink that down for you.
Here's what happens when you add a task:
-
You type the task in plain language. "Write the proposal", "clean out my closet", "renew my insurance" — no special format.
-
The AI categorizes it, estimates how long it'll take, and breaks it into subtasks. You'll see a list of small, concrete steps.
-
You can edit anything. Edit steps, delete steps, undo, redo. The AI is a starting point, not the boss.
-
Start a step. Focus mode kicks in with a smart timer and (if you've granted notification permission) voice reminders of what to do next.
That's the loop. Add task → see steps → start the first one → finish it, mark done, watch the next step queue up.
