neurolist signs you in with Google or Apple — whichever you used the first time. There's no separate password to remember.
First install
On the first run, you can use neurolist anonymously (tasks stay on the device) or sign in immediately. Signing in syncs your tasks, your memory, and your subscription across every device you use.
Adding a second device
- Install neurolist on the new device.
- Tap sign in from another device on the start screen.
- Pick the same provider (Google or Apple) you used originally.
Your tasks and settings appear within a few seconds.
Restoring a subscription
If you bought neurolist Pro on one phone and you're now on a new one (or you reinstalled), sign in with the same account first, then tap Restore Purchases on the trial screen. Your subscription state will refresh.
"No account found"
This means you're signing in with a provider you haven't used with neurolist before. Options:
- Try the other provider (Google vs. Apple) — many people sign up with one and forget which.
- If you bought on the web, sign in with the same email you used at checkout.
- If you're sure it's the right one, email [email protected] with the email address and the rough purchase date and I'll look it up.
Switching the email tied to my account
Not currently supported in-app. Email me and I'll move it.
